Job summary

Smart Vision is seeking an experienced Automatic Powder Coating Plant Supervisor in Riyadh. You will oversee the powder coating line, ensure process parameters, and maintain product quality across aluminium parts.

Responsibilities include supervising operators, coordinating production schedules, and troubleshooting coating issues to minimize defects. The role requires hands-on leadership and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in automatic powder coating.
• Strong knowledge of aluminium and steel parts, mainly aluminium.
• Experience with powder gun and line setting, adjustment and operation.
• Knowledge of pretreatment, curing oven, conveyor speed and coating thickness.
• Ability to troubleshoot coating defects and colour contamination.
• Experience with colour change and proper cleaning procedures.
• Able to manage operators, production and quality.
• Capable of independently setting and running an automatic powder coating line.
