Job summary

A leading equipment distributor in Dammam is seeking candidates with experience in powder coating machinery for switchgear panels. Responsibilities include operating coating plants, preparing materials, and ensuring quality control in the powder coating process. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, an intermediate-level qualification, and strong knowledge in machine operations and maintenance. This position is located in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years pertinent experience in powder coating operations.
• Knowledge of machine operations is required.
• Experience in powder coating plant maintenance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Reading the production Drawing.
• Preparing list of Coating Powders.
• Good knowledge in automatic and manual Powder coating plant operations.
• Operating the Powder Curing Oven.
• Testing the Coating thickness.

• Preparing list Cleaning Chemicals
• Very good knowledge in clearing welding spots
• Very good knowledge in selecting Paint colour codes
• Very good knowledge in Mixing Powder as per colour requirements
• Very good knowledge Mixing Rinsing Chemicals
• Very good knowledge mixing degreasing chemicals
• Loading & unloading of coating object
• Good knowledge in automatic rinsing plant operation
• Good knowledge in automatic & Manual Powder coating plant operations
• Very good knowledge in automatic Powder Curing Oven Operation plant
• Very good knowledge in Drying Oven Plant operations
• Very good Knowledge in Timing Control of Conveyor
• Very good knowledge in Oven temperature control setting as per coating Objects.
• Good knowledge in testing of Coating thickness
• Loading of coating objects
• Rinsing of Coating object
• Degreasing of Coating object
• Cleaning of Welding spots
• Drying the rinsed Object
• Powder coating of Objects
• Baking of Powder coated object
• Requesting Required Materials to supervisor as per Bill of Materials
• Unloading Baked objects
