Job summary

Corporate Leadership Consult Ltd. in Saudi Arabia seeks a hands-on Team Leader (Paint Shop Process) to guide a team of Process Technicians in a fast-paced automotive plant. You will manage shifts, ensure safety, quality and adherence to control plans, and drive process improvements.

You will apply PFMEA, PCP, SPC and MSA while coordinating with Maintenance, Quality and Production to optimize operations and reporting. English fluency is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma in a relevant engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years in Paint Shop operations in manufacturing.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Strong knowledge of PFMEA, PCP, SPC, MSA and process documentation.
• Proficient in SAP, MES and MS Office suite.
• Able to read electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic schematics and operate lab equipment.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Paint Shop Process team during shifts.
• Ensure safety, quality standards and production goals are met.
• Allocate manpower and resources to meet targets.
• Oversee execution of the PCP and ensure daily compliance.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment malfunctions and implement reaction plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (PDCA, 5W, etc.).
• Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews with the team.
• Maintain documentation and reporting of process activities.
• Support training and skill development of team members.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality and Production across functions.

This role is responsible for overseeing paint shop operations during assigned shifts, ensuring quality, safety, and process optimization in line with control plans and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Paint Shop Process team during shifts
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and production goals
• Allocate manpower and resources effectively to meet operational targets
• Oversee execution of the Process Control Plan (PCP) and ensure daily compliance
• Troubleshoot process and equipment malfunctions and execute reaction plans
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives (PDCA, 5W analysis, etc.)
• Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews with your team
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of process-related activities
• Support technical training and skill development of team members
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Maintenance, Quality, and Production
