Sisco, on behalf of our client, seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day field operations in Dammam, Saudi Arabia within Oil & Gas Services. You will coordinate field teams, plan resources, and ensure safe, efficient delivery of projects.

5. Planning & Coordination: Ability to plan resources and coordinate operational activities.

Preferred Skills:

• Saudi Arabia Oil & Gas experience.
• Experience with major clients such as Aramco, SLB, NESR, TAQAH, or similar organizations.
• Exposure to complex field-service environments and client-facing project coordination.

Work Experience Requirements:

Typical requirement: 3-7 years of relevant professional experience, with substantial exposure to Oil & Gas Services and field operations. Candidates with Saudi Arabia experience and exposure to major Oil & Gas clients are preferred.

Education:

• Minimum: Relevant technical/engineering degree or diploma (typical)
• Preferred: Relevant postgraduate qualification or Oil & Gas/HSE certification
• Additional: Relevant HSE or field-operations certifications
