Job summary

Eram Talent is seeking an O&M Engineer to support the safe, reliable operation and maintenance of gas plants and pipeline systems. The role emphasizes plant operations, mechanical equipment maintenance, and asset integrity.

You will perform day-to-day maintenance, monitor performance, and assist with shutdowns and major maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. SAP PM experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of operations and maintenance experience in gas plants and pipelines.
• Strong hands-on maintenance of mechanical equipment (static and rotary).
• Experience with plant and pipeline operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform and support day-to-day operations and maintenance activities for gas plants and pipeline systems.
• Monitor plant and pipeline performance to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Execute preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Maintain mechanical equipment (static and rotary): vessels, heat exchangers, pumps, compressors, valves.
• Diagnose equipment faults and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Support shutdowns, turnarounds, and major maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare maintenance reports, work orders, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with operations teams, contractors, and vendors during maintenance activities.
• Utilize SAP PM for maintenance planning, execution, and reporting (preferred).

Experience:

• Proven experience in plant and pipeline operations.
• Strong hands-on experience in maintenance of mechanical equipment (static and rotary).

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of gas processing facilities and pipeline systems.
• Expertise in mechanical maintenance practices and equipment reliability.
• SAP PM experience preferred.
