NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants is seeking an Engineering & Operations Manager for a client in Dammam. The role will lead engineering, project execution, and operational delivery across industrial services projects.

The candidate should have a strong background in maintenance, shutdowns/turnarounds, EPC or service contracts, resource optimization, cost control, client coordination, HSE, quality, and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering.
• 15 years of engineering and operations experience.
• 7–10 years in senior operations or engineering management.
• Strong background in industrial services, oil & gas, maintenance, shutdowns, or EPC projects.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing engineering planning, technical reviews, constructability, drawings, specifications, codes, and standards.
• Leading site operations, maintenance activities, and shutdown execution across multiple projects.
• Ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to scope.
• Monitoring productivity, manpower efficiency, equipment utilization, and resource allocation.
• Coordinating with planning, cost control, finance, clients, consultants, and vendors.
• Ensuring compliance with HSE policies, Saudi Aramco standards, ISO systems, quality objectives, and inspection requirements.
• Acting as a primary operational interface with clients and key stakeholders.
