Namaa is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across one or more processing centers in Saudi Arabia. You will manage facilities, inventory, and process optimization while guiding cross-functional teams to meet performance goals and ensure high customer satisfaction across sites.

You will lead training for processing staff, handle facility-related issues with licensees, and collaborate with the Customer Success team to prepare for large orders and spikes in demand.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in logistics, fulfillment, or food processing environments.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic & English, both written and verbal.

Mansioni

• Oversee smooth operation of processing centers across all shifts.
• Lead training and meetings for processing staff.
• Collaborate with Property Manager to ensure timely facility work and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with Customer Success to prepare licensees for big orders and spikes in demand.
• Review KPI metrics and support planning and goal setting.
