Qualifications

• Customer-facing, warehousing, or logistics experience required.
• Experience interpreting data to inform decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end UTR operations for a large site or a group of sites.
• Meet customer-facing metrics while maintaining safety and quality targets.
• Lead training plans for pickers and drive performance improvements.
• Collaborate with merchants to streamline operations processes and boost performance.
• Conduct 4M/5S and Safety GEMBA audits daily.
• Stand-in for Area Manager when needed.
