Job summary

Ultimate Peaks Talent & Strategy is seeking an Internal Auditor - Operations in Riyadh to conduct independent, risk-based operational audits across hubs, logistics, fleet, gateways, and related support functions in alignment with the IIA Standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Internal Auditing, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in internal, operational audit, risk, or compliance.
• Experience in logistics, transport, supply chain, or e-commerce preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or audit software helpful.
• CIA (or in-progress), CFE, CRMA, CPA/ACCA; ISO Lead Auditor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare audits with risk-based approach and sampling strategies.
• Audit end-to-end logistics processes; assess controls and custody.
• Assess cost, productivity, asset efficiency; review contracts and SLAs.
• Test cash, COD, and revenue controls; ensure data accuracy.
• Use Excel/Power BI to analyze data and test populations.
• Review facility/fleet security, CCTV, safety protocols, permits.
• Document findings with evidence and propose corrective actions.
• Follow up on management action closures.
