Unknown company is seeking an Internal Auditor - Operations to perform independent, risk-based operational audits aligned with IIA standards and the Internal Audit Charter. The role covers governance, risk management, internal controls, policy compliance, and end-to-end operational activities including hubs, logistics, fleet, gateways, and technology systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Internal Auditing, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Engineering.
• CIA (or in-progress), CFE, CRMA, CPA/ACCA, or ISO Lead Auditor preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years in internal audit, operational audit, risk, or compliance. Experience in logistics, transport, supply chain, or ecommerce preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI, SQL, or audit management software advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Audit planning and preparation across end-to-end operational activities.
• Audit full end-to-end logistics processes including booking, sorting, linehaul, delivery, POD, returns; evaluate custody and seal controls.
• Assess efficiency drivers, manpower, route and fleet utilization, and vendor/contract compliance.
• Test cash, COD, revenue controls; reconcile and prevent revenue leakage.
• Use Excel/Power BI for data testing, detect anomalies, and verify system integrity.
• Review security, CCTV, safety protocols, permits, and incident escalation processes.
• Draft observations, root causes, risk ratings, and corrective action plans.
• Verify management closure evidence before signing off on findings.
