Job summary

VIP Car Rentals Company in Riyadh seeks an experienced Internal Auditor to support risk-based planning and governance aligned with IIA standards. You will audit revenue, contracts, cash, fleet assets, procurement, payroll, taxation, and financing, coordinating with management and external auditors.

The ideal candidate has IFRS and Zakat/tax knowledge, strong Excel and ERP skills, and 3+ years in auditing. Riyadh-based role with Saudi nationality preferred.

Qualifications

• Saudi nationality and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of internal or external audit experience.
• Knowledge of IFRS standards and Zakat and tax regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Templating and Governance: prepare annual risk-based audit plan and risk register per IIA.
• Revenue and Lease Contracts: reconcile contracts, review discounts and accounts receivable.
• Cash and Banks: reconcile POS deposits and bank statements, review deposits.
• Fleet and Assets: inventory vehicles and review depreciation, acquisitions, and maintenance.
• Procurement and Expenses: audit purchasing cycle and detect duplicate invoices.
• Payroll: reconcile payroll with GOSI and review benefits.
• Zakat and Tax Compliance: review VAT returns and withholding tax.
• Financing: review financing contracts and installment schedules.
• Technical Controls and Fraud Prevention: review system permissions and audit logs.
• Reporting and Follow-up: submit reports to management and coordinate with external auditor.
