Ultimate Peaks seeks an Internal Auditor - Operations to perform independent, risk-based audits across the organization, aligning with the Internal Audit Charter and IIA Standards. The role covers governance, risk management, internal controls, and regulatory compliance across end-to-end logistics, hubs, fleet, and customer service.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field such as Internal Auditing, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in internal/operational audit, risk, or compliance; exposure to logistics/supply chain is preferred.
• Certifications such as CIA, CFE, CRMA, CPA/ACCA or ISO Lead Auditor are advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Audit Planning & Preparation: map processes, assess risks, draft risk-and-control matrices, and define sampling strategies.
• Shipment & Process Assurance: audit end-to-end logistics processes and assess custody, scan sequence, timestamps, and seal controls.
• Cost, Productivity & Asset Reviews: evaluate manpower, route/vehicle utilization, fleet maintenance, and facility costs.
• Cash, COD & Revenue Controls: test debriefs, COD reconciliation, billing accuracy, and system inputs to prevent leakage.
• Data Analytics & Systems Assurance: use Excel/Power BI or analytics software to test data populations and detect anomalies.
• Safety, Security & Compliance: review facility/fleet security, CCTV, safety protocols, and regulatory permits.
• Testing & Documentation: perform testing, maintain evidence-backed papers, expand samples where needed.
• Reporting & Recommendations: draft observations, identify root causes, assign risk ratings, and propose corrective actions.
• Action Follow-Up: verify closure evidence before final sign-off.
