Job summary

Pixel IT Information Technology Company in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily administrative and operational activities on site, driving high service levels. You will coordinate delivery operations, manage drivers and service providers, track orders, handle issues, and prepare daily reports to improve efficiency; English proficiency and MS Excel skills are required.

The role is a full-time on-site position based in Riyadh, with responsibilities spanning

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management.
• Experience with delivery applications or on-demand platforms.
• Experience in driver management, order dispatching, and delivery operations.
• Saudi Arabia work experience is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good command of English.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily operations efficiently.
