Job summary

Riyad Bank is seeking a lead to monitor operational incidents and ensure service continuity across Operations, aligning with SAMA requirements and approved BCM plans. The role emphasizes timely escalation, investigation, and resolution of disruptions, with coordination across units to maintain resilience.

You will support BCM testing, drive remediation actions, and contribute to ongoing improvements in processes and controls to strengthen operational stability across the bank.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• 6-8 years relevant experience in Banking Operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operational incidents and service disruptions across Operations.
• Ensure timely escalation, investigation, and resolution of operational incidents.
• Coordinate with Operations units to ensure service continuity requirements are effectively implemented.
• Prepare incident, continuity, and operational resilience reports for management review.
• Guide and support team members in incident monitoring, escalation management, and service continuity activities.
• Contributes to continuous improvement of systems and processes per best practice and SAMA instructions.
• Contributes to SAMA-related projects or directives sponsored by the Bank.

Education
