Job summary

Hatch Ltd. in Jubail seeks an Operations & Business Readiness Workstream Lead to plan and drive the readiness of the business for safe handover to operations. You will interface with the OR Office, project teams and operations, ensuring governance, milestones and sign-offs are met.

The role requires 4+ years in management consulting, readiness delivery, and strong problem solving, stakeholder management and communication skills. Travel to Jubail is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in management consulting, advisory, or professional services.
• Availability to travel to Jubail as required.
• Experience leading small consulting engagements or workstreams.
• Strong readiness, governance and stakeholder facilitation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination and execution of an Operational Readiness workstream.
• Develop and maintain the OR plan aligned to milestones.
• Provide weekly/monthly status updates to OR Office.
• Coordinate interfaces between project delivery, readiness and operations.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagement.
• Prepare input for management reporting and sign-offs.
• Drive problem solving and issue resolution to meet targets.
