Job summary

Hatch is seeking a seasoned professional to lead Operational Readiness workstreams in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. You will develop and maintain readiness plans aligned to project milestones, define scope and deliverables, and drive execution across readiness activities to ensure on-time handover and production targets.

The role requires 4+ years in management consulting or advisory, strong governance and stakeholder facilitation skills, and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience of 4+ years in management consulting, advisory, or professional services.
• Availability to travel to client engagements at project site (e.g., Jubail).
• Demonstrated ability to lead small consulting engagements or discrete workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Workstream Operational Readiness plan aligned to the OR roadmap and project milestones.
• Define workstream scope, deliverables, milestones, resources and readiness criteria.
• Lead execution of all readiness activities and ensure deliverables are on schedule.
