Job summary

Hatch is seeking a seasoned professional to lead Operational Readiness workstreams in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. You will develop and maintain readiness plans aligned to project milestones, define scope and deliverables, and drive execution across readiness activities to ensure on-time handover and production targets.

The role requires 4+ years in management consulting or advisory, strong governance and stakeholder facilitation skills, and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

• Experience of 4+ years in management consulting, advisory, or professional services.
• Availability to travel to client engagements at project site (e.g., Jubail).
• Demonstrated ability to lead small consulting engagements or discrete workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the workstream Operational Readiness plan aligned to the overall OR roadmap and project milestones
• Define workstream scope, deliverables, key milestones, resource requirements and readiness criteria
• Lead execution of all workstream readiness activities and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
• Monitor progress against plan and provide weekly and monthly status updates to the Operational Readiness Office
• Manage workstream governance including action tracking, decision logs, issue management and escalation of risks
• Identify, assess and mitigate workstream-specific risks, gaps and constraints impacting readiness
• Coordinate interfaces and dependencies between project, business readiness, commissioning and operational readiness workstreams
• Facilitate workstream meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagement activities
• Prepare input for management, steering committee and executive reporting
• Support readiness reviews, stage-gate assessments and operational acceptance activities
• Obtain stakeholder approvals and sign-off for readiness deliverables and handover requirements
• Drive problem solving and issue resolution to maintain readiness commitments and first production targets
