Job summary

Qiddiya is seeking a seasoned Lead for operational readiness planning and delivery in Riyadh. You will translate strategic objectives into integrated plans, mobilise people, processes, and systems, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure activation readiness across assets and programmes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, operations management, project management or a related discipline.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in operational readiness, mobilisation, project delivery or asset activation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of integrated operational readiness strategies, plans and governance.
• Own readiness reporting with milestones, dependencies, risks and evidence of completion.
• Coordinate requirements with project delivery and reflect readiness in design and handover.
• Drive operating models, SOPs, workforce, training, OS&E and facilities mobilisation plans.
• Lead cross-functional readiness reviews, workshops and activation gates.
• Oversee permit, license and regulatory readiness planning with authorities.
• Establish acceptance criteria and ensure readiness evidence is complete.
• Identify gaps and direct mitigation to protect safety, compliance and opening dates.
• Prepare executive reports and elevate blockers requiring leadership decisions.
• Manage consultants and service providers, ensuring quality and schedule.

Education
