Job summary

Saudi Aramco is seeking an Operational Excellence (OE) Professional to join the OECOE within Engineering Services. The role focuses on data analytics to support OEMS deployment and sustained OE performance, reporting to management with actionable insights.

Responsibilities include coordinating OE programs, PDCA-driven improvements, risk mitigation, and delivering OE trainings. Work location is in Saudi Arabia and involves full-time engagement with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering is required.
• MBA is required.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in oil, gas or petrochemical industry, or PM experience in quality management and operational excellence.
• Certified in OE/quality management (e.g., EFQM, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) is essential.
• Fluent English written and spoken with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong MS Office skills; Power BI and Minitab are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Engage with OE teams to achieve operational excellence per Aramco standards and policies.
• Support OE internal assessments and develop action plans for improvements.
• Conduct OE gap analyses using PDCA and track progress of actions.
• Develop OE action plans to close gaps and monitor implementation.
• Identify risks hindering OE deployment and contribute to risk mitigation.
• Participate in due diligence assessments and prepare assessment reports and recommendations.
• Assist in OE training delivery and knowledge sharing activities.
• Support process optimization and strategy development workshops.
