Job summary

Al Rabie Saudi Foods Co in Riyadh seeks a Director of Operational Excellence to lead world‑class performance across Factory Operations and Supply Chain. You will architect continuous improvement, define smart KPIs, drive digitalization and AI, deploy TPM, and re‑engineer core processes for zero‑loss, high‑reliability operations.

You will build a data‑driven culture with MES, WMS, Power BI and IIoT, partner with IT and leaders, and develop people capabilities from shop floor to executive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
• MBA or Master's degree strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in Operations, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior OpEx leadership role.
• Proven track record deploying TPM in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading digital transformation and AI adoption in operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a unified OpEx strategy across manufacturing plants and supply chain (warehousing, logistics, planning).
• Benchmark internal processes against top-tier industry standards and drive a systematic loss elimination roadmap.
• Partner with Plant Managers and Supply Chain Directors to deploy Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies.
• Design, deploy, and govern Smart KPIs for all operational functions with digital dashboards.
• Lead the TPM program rollout and promote a zero‑failure mindset.
• Establish a Center of Excellence for continuous improvement and develop people capabilities.
