Job summary

Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare in Dhahran invites an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our OR teams. You will provide evidence-based nursing care across shifts, scrub or circulate, and support patient safety and outcomes in a high-acuity environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or international diploma in Nursing, 5+ years of nursing experience including 4+ years in the OR, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.

Qualifications

• 3 years International Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience including 4 years in the OR
• Current licensure as a professional registered nurse and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care focusing on complex cases.
• Mentor junior nurses and support workflow management.
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Maintain aseptic practices and operate according to OR standards.
• Assist surgeons during procedures as scrub or circulating nurse.
• Document care promptly from admission through discharge.
