Job summary

Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH) in Dhahran is seeking an experienced Operating Room Nurse 3 to provide high-quality nursing care in the OR, perform scrub or circulating duties, and mentor junior staff. Qualifications

• 3 years International Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• Current licensure as a professional registered nurse with BLS/ACLS/PALS as applicable per scope.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience including 4 years in Operating Room.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care focusing on complex cases in the OR.
• Precept new hires and trainees during probation period and provide guidance.
• Respond to emergencies using clinical skills, critical thinking and evidence-based practices.
• Maintain strict aseptic practices and ensure documentation is timely and complete.
• Assist the surgeon during complex procedures and ensure proper OR setup and equipment readiness.
