Job summary

International Window Company in Jubail is seeking a Scaffolding Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role. You will plan scaffolding needs, coordinate crews, and ensure compliance with safety standards on industrial and infrastructure projects.

You will inspect scaffolds, enforce fall protection, monitor progress, and liaise with project managers and engineers. Experience leading scaffolding teams and reading drawings is required; CISRS/OSHA training is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience leading scaffolding or construction teams.
• Proven scaffolding erection, modification, dismantling expertise.
• Knowledge of working at height and fall protection safety.
• Certifications in scaffolding supervision or safety (CISRS/OSHA) beneficial.
• Ability to read scaffold drawings, method statements, and specs.
• Strong communication and teamwork with engineers and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Plan scaffolding requirements and coordinate daily site activities.
• Lead scaffold crews and monitor on-site progress.
• Inspect scaffolds for safety compliance and correct use of fall protection.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other trades to meet schedules.
• Maintain documentation and conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Support continuous improvement of scaffolding practices on site.
