Job summary

International Window Company in Jubail is seeking a Scaffolding Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role. You will plan scaffolding needs, coordinate crews, and ensure compliance with safety standards on industrial and infrastructure projects.

You will inspect scaffolds, enforce fall protection, monitor progress, and liaise with project managers and engineers. Experience leading scaffolding teams and reading drawings is required; CISRS/OSHA training is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience leading scaffolding or construction teams.
• Proven scaffolding erection, modification, dismantling expertise.
• Knowledge of working at height and fall protection safety.
• Certifications in scaffolding supervision or safety (CISRS/OSHA) beneficial.

Role Description

The Scaffolding Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Jubail. This role is responsible for supervising scaffolding installation, modification, and dismantling activities to ensure safe and efficient operations on construction and maintenance projects. Day-to-day tasks include planning scaffolding requirements, coordinating scaffold crews, inspecting scaffolds for compliance with safety standards, and ensuring proper use of fall protection and working-at-height procedures. The supervisor monitors work progress, resolves on-site issues, and liaises with project managers and other trades to meet project schedules. The role also includes maintaining documentation, conducting safety briefings and toolbox talks, and supporting continuous improvement of scaffolding practices.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills with experience leading scaffolding or construction teams and coordinating daily site activities.
• Practical expertise in Scaffolding and Dismantling, including erection, modification, and safe removal of various scaffold systems.
• Demonstrated competency in Working at Height and Fall Protection, with a solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
• Relevant certifications or training in scaffolding supervision, working at height, and occupational safety (e.g., CISRS, OSHA, or equivalent) are highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of construction site safety standards, hazard identification, and risk assessment, especially in high-rise or complex projects.
• Ability to read and interpret scaffold drawings, method statements, and technical specifications.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate with engineers, site managers, and contractors.
• Previous experience in a similar scaffolding supervisory role within construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects in the region is an advantage.
