Job summary

Eslbar, Inc. seeks a Liaisonman I to oversee complex drilling and workover campaigns on-site in Saudi Arabia. The role coordinates ultra-deep well engineering, high-concentration H2S environments, and advanced rig technologies while mentoring future leadership.

You will supervise both offshore and onshore rigs, direct deviated drilling projects, and ensure strict safety and well-control compliance in extreme conditions. Strong English, certs, and international experience are essential.

Qualifications

• BS in Petroleum, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 15+ years drilling ops experience.
• Alternative: High School + 20 years drilling engineering/ops experience.
• Internationally-experienced with major operators; BOP and well-control certs required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee offshore and onshore drilling operations as Rig Supervisor.
• Direct advanced deviated drilling, short radius wells, offshore jack-up ops.
• Manage high-pressure/high-temperature wells with heavy mud weights.
• Mentor on-site crews and transfer specialized drilling knowledge.
• Enforce safety, BOP, IADC guidelines, and emergency response procedures.
