Job summary

Deepsource Technologies seeks a Resident Cybersecurity Engineer to work on-site with the customer's cybersecurity team in Riyadh. You will manage daily operations, troubleshoot IAM/SSO solutions, and coordinate with partners to resolve complex issues, while ensuring data protection and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience implementing or supporting enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
• Hands-on administration and troubleshooting with One Identity IAM, Safeguard PAM, Defender MFA.
• Hands-on experience with miniOrange SSO and enterprise app integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, Windows/Linux, networking, certs, and auth protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, incidents, service requests, and planned changes with the customer's cybersecurity team.
• Administer and troubleshoot One Identity IAM, Safeguard PAM, Defender MFA, and miniOrange SSO.
• Monitor integrations with AD, applications, servers, network devices, and VPN platforms; investigate auth issues.
• Support provisioning, privileged access, MFA policies, SSO integrations, and access reviews.
• Support DCS and DLP operations including policy monitoring, incident investigation, and reporting.
• Perform health checks, review logs, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with vendors/partners to resolve complex issues and track to closure.
• Maintain configuration records, procedures, incident reports, and knowledge transfer docs.
• Support testing, upgrades, DR exercises, and onboarding of additional apps.
• Provide regular status updates and highlight risks and improvement opportunities to the customer team.
