Job summary

Talent Blueprint FZ LLC is seeking a Cleaning & Waste Coordinator for a major sporting event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This fully onsite fixed-term contract runs 15 November 2026 to 13 February 2027, with full-time on-site responsibilities and potential extended hours during peak periods.

You will coordinate daily cleaning and waste management across venues, liaise with contractors and venue teams, and ensure schedules and resources meet event needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in cleaning operations, waste management, facilities management, or event operations.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily cleaning and waste management activities across venues and event areas.
• Support planning and implementation of cleaning and waste management before, during, and after events.
• Coordinate with cleaning contractors, waste management providers, and venue teams.
• Monitor deployment and performance of cleaning teams and waste collection personnel.
• Maintain records and daily reports of cleaning activities and waste volumes.
