Job summary

Talent Blueprint FZ LLC is seeking a Venue IT Helpdesk Coordinator to act as the frontline contact for technology-related issues at a high-traffic venue in Riyadh. The role ensures smooth day-to-day IT operations, minimizes downtime, and delivers responsive support to staff, vendors, and event stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of IT helpdesk, technical support, or venue/event IT coordination experience.
• Experience supporting live events, venues, or fast-paced environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve incoming IT support tickets via phone, email, and in-person requests.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and AV equipment issues on-site.
• Coordinate with vendors and technical teams for escalated or complex issues.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets, equipment, and licenses used at the venue.
• Set up and test IT/AV systems ahead of events and daily operations.
• Document recurring issues and maintain helpdesk logs and knowledge base.
• Provide basic training and guidance to staff on IT systems and tools.
