Job summary

Imerza in Saudi Arabia is seeking an on-site Technical Producer / Digital Delivery Lead to bridge client needs with our delivery teams and guide Unreal Engine projects.

You will be the client’s advocate on site, translating requests into actionable tasks, supervising day-to-day technical delivery, and ensuring smooth collaboration across time zones.

This hands-on role offers relocation support and the chance to shape landmark visualization projects.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine, ability to open levels, locate content, and troubleshoot at a basic level.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience as a client-facing producer or technical delivery lead.
• Ability to work on-site in Saudi Arabia while coordinating with remote teams across time zones.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site representative at the client site, translating client needs into actionable direction for delivery teams.
• Act as primary day-to-day liaison between client and Imerza, ensuring clear communication and fast turnaround.
• Provide hands-on support for Unreal Engine needs, such as opening levels and demonstrating features.
• Show clients the Unreal Engine projects Imerza manages, enabling navigation and presentation.
• Capture and relay client feedback and change requests to production and delivery teams.
• Troubleshoot on-site technical issues and escalate complex items.
• Identify opportunities to expand services within the client organization.
