Job summary

&more is seeking an experienced and creative Senior 3D Designer to join our Creative Team in Riyadh. The role focuses on designing immersive environments for events, exhibitions, conferences, booths, stages, and brand activations.

You will produce high-quality 3D models, renders, and visualizations while translating client briefs and collaborating with cross-functional teams. English fluency is preferred and the position requires managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in 3D design.
• Experience in the Events, Exhibitions, Experiential Marketing, or Creative Agency industry is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Cinema 4D or similar software.
• Strong experience with rendering software such as V-Ray, Corona, or equivalent.
• Good understanding of materials, lighting, dimensions, production, and event execution.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative 3D concepts for events, exhibitions, conferences, booths, stages, and experiential activations.
• Produce high-quality 3D models, renders, and visualizations.
• Translate creative briefs and client requirements into functional and visually impactful designs.
• Work closely with 2D Designers, Creative Team, Business Development, Production, and Project Management teams.
• Prepare design concepts for proposals, pitches, and client presentations.
• Ensure designs are realistic, executable, and aligned with production requirements.
• Revise designs based on client and internal feedback.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining design quality.
