Job summary

Imerza is seeking an on-site Technical Producer / Digital Delivery Lead to join our team in Saudi Arabia. You will be the on-site liaison between the client and Imerza’s global delivery teams, translating needs into clear direction while providing hands-on Unreal Engine support and guidance.

Based in Saudi Arabia, you will coordinate with remote teams across time zones, capture client feedback, and help expand our services through proactive collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• On-site Technical Producer or Digital Delivery Lead experience preferred.
• Strong client-facing communication; translate technical concepts for stakeholders.
• Hands-on Unreal Engine support and basic troubleshooting.
• Willing to be based in or relocate to Saudi Arabia (Riyadh region).
• Ability to work independently on-site while coordinating with remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site client representative and translate needs into actionable guidance for delivery teams.
• Act as the primary liaison between client and Imerza, ensuring clear communication and quick turnaround.
• Provide hands-on Unreal Engine support (open levels, locate assets, demonstrate features).
• Showcase Unreal Engine project capabilities to the client and enable confident navigation.
• Capture, document, and prioritize client feedback for production teams.
• Troubleshoot minor on-site issues and escalate complex items.
• Identify opportunities to expand services within the client organization.
