Job summary

Lenovo in Riyadh is seeking an on-site IT Applications Support specialist to ensure reliability and performance of manufacturing and plant software. You will lead incident handling, collaborate with global teams, and contribute to AI-enabled transformations on production systems.

Qualifications

2+ years' experience supporting enterprise applications in a manufacturing or similar environment.
Experience with manufacturing operations and end-to-end supply chain is a plus.
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; fluent English.

Responsibilities

Support, maintain, and improve enterprise applications across manufacturing, shopfloor, supply chain, and plant functions.
Configure application functionality based on business and technical requirements.
Monitor performance, investigate incidents, perform troubleshooting, and drive root cause resolution.
Participate in deployments, upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management.
Contribute to operational transformation projects, including AI tool adoption and monitoring.
Collaborate with infrastructure, database, and security teams for availability.
Provide Level 2 support for production environments with documentation.
