Napesco is seeking a results-oriented Sales Engineer to drive technical sales and business development in the Oil & Gas sector. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, quality and production teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client specifications and profitability goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of proven technical sales experience in Oil & Gas or heavy manufacturing.
• Knowledge of API and ASME standards.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Responsabilités

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and client relationships in Oil & Gas.
• Analyze inquiries, specs and drawings for alignment with capabilities.
• Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals, cost estimates, and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with design, quality and manufacturing teams to ensure feasibility.
• Conduct product demos and technical presentations for engineers and procurement.
• Negotiate terms, pricing and milestones per company policies.
• Monitor progress through manufacturing to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Provide post-delivery technical assistance and resolve issues.
• Track market trends and competitor activities in Oil & Gas manufacturing.
• Maintain sales forecasts and report progress to reach KPIs.
