Responsibilities

• Lead cost control, estimating, and forecasting for EPC projects.
• Review WBS, schedules, and cost reporting to ensure contractual compliance.
• Verify contractor invoices and milestone payments with supporting documentation.
• Provide input to risk reviews, value engineering workshops, and project strategies.
• Prepare project cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and budgets for Owner/PMC.
