Job summary

Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Cost Engineer to support oil & gas projects in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on cost estimating, cost control, budgeting, and supporting project teams through all phases of execution.

Responsibilities include preparing cost estimates for feasibility, FEED, and EPC, developing budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance, and coordinating with engineering, procurement, and planning teams to ensure compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of cost engineering experience in upstream and/or downstream projects.
• Proficiency in estimating methods, cost control tools, and project management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates for feasibility, FEED, and EPC phases.
• Develop and manage project cost budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor cost performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support contract evaluations, bid analysis, and change management.
• Prepare cost reports, cash flow projections, and KPIs.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and planning teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal procedures.
