The Office Manager Role

The Office Manager is responsible for the full management, representation, and operational control of the KSA Branch. This includes legal representation, financial management, contract execution, personnel administration, and ensuring the branch operates efficiently, profitably, and in full compliance with Saudi regulations and company policies.

Here’s How You’ll Be Making An Impact
  • Branch Management & Legal Representation: Act as the legal representative of the KSA Branch and oversee all administrative, financial, and operational matters.
  • Government Relations: Oversee and manage the company’s accounts with regulatory bodies, including the Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Investment, Ministry of Human Resources, Zakat & Tax Authority, and other relevant authorities.
  • Contracts & Agreements: Enter into and amend contracts, arrangements, and agreements where the KSA Branch is the customer or debtor.
  • Represent and execute contracts and purchase orders for services or subcontracts.
  • Financial Authority: Receive payments due to the KSA Branch without limitation.
  • Make payments to third parties from the branch’s bank accounts.
  • Manage banking operations including opening, converting, operating, and closing accounts; signing checks and commercial papers; applying for and utilizing bank loans.
  • Human Resources: Hire and dismiss employees in alignment with Regional Management.
  • Manage employee contracts, benefits, authorities, and visas; renew or terminate employment as necessary.
  • Delegation & Administration: Appoint and delegate duties to employees or third parties for daily business operations, including issuance of powers of attorney and delegation letters as approved by the Company.
  • Contract Execution & Project Management: Execute and oversee all actions related to contracts entered into by the KSA Branch, including signing work reports, progress reports, settlement certificates, completion reports, and other related documentation.
  • Financial Securities & Indemnities: Execute debt assignments and grant securities or indemnities on behalf of the Branch.
  • Corporate Documentation: Sign resolutions, powers of attorney, and other official documents related to the Branch; execute amendments to licenses and certificates as required.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the Branch operates efficiently and maintains profitability in alignment with corporate objectives.
We’re Looking For a Teammate With
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in general or office management in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, business regulations, and banking practices is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
