Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Development to lead planning, design, and delivery of Corporate Office Developments across all lifecycle stages from feasibility to handover.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and risks, coordinating with internal teams and external consultants to ensure quality and governance. The role is Riyadh-based with frequent site engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Real estate development, Commerce (Finance) or any related engineering field.
• 7-10 years' relevant experience managing commercial office or mixed-use developments (corporate office projects preferred).
• Demonstrated experience across all project phases — feasibility, design management, procurement, and construction delivery.
• Knowledge of ESG and sustainability frameworks (LEED, Green Star, BREEAM, etc.).
• Knowledge of Smart Building Technologies in relation to Office Buildings will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Development Management & Delivery.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of office development projects, ensuring alignment with scope, time, budget, and quality targets.
• Oversee all project phases, including feasibility, design, approvals, procurement, construction, fit-out, commissioning, and handover.
• Coordinate and manage the performance of external consultants, designers, project managers, quantity surveyors, and contractors.
• Support the Development Director in monitoring project progress, reporting key milestones, and resolving delivery issues.
• Work closely with Corporate Workplace, IT, ESG, and Smart Building teams to ensure development solutions meet business needs.
