Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Director - Delivery - Contracts to lead contractual leadership across major residential development projects in Riyadh. The role focuses on contract administration, risk management, and performance improvement to protect programme, cost and delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline with strong contracting background.
• 15+ years in major construction, real estate or capital projects with delivery focus.
• Experience administering major construction contracts through execution phase.

Responsibilities

• Provide contractual leadership to Delivery Directors and project teams across residential projects.
• Lead administration of major construction and consultancy contracts from award to close-out.
• Monitor obligations, milestones and deliverables for contract compliance.
• Advise on variations, extensions of time, claims and risks.
• Lead claims negotiations and dispute avoidance efforts.
• Support change management and procurement activities.
• Review correspondence, notices and contractor positions with leadership.
• Collaborate with contractors, consultants and governance stakeholders to align actions.
