Job summary

Qiddiya | القدية is seeking a Senior Manager - Delivery to own end-to-end project delivery for large hospitality developments in Riyadh. You will direct delivery partners, consultants, and contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding quality, brand standards, and operational readiness across multiple hotels.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, drive risk management, and coordinate across design, engineering, procurement, and operator groups to achieve seamless project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/architecture/construction disciplines required.
• Minimum 7 years in construction or project delivery, large-scale hospitality or complex buildings.
• Experience with multidisciplinary teams including consultants and client-side delivery.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, controls and QA processes.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of assigned hospitality projects in line with objectives and strategies.
• Engage and manage relationships with governmental entities, contractors, and operators.
• Coordinate design, engineering, construction, procurement, and operator teams for smooth execution.
• Identify risks and delays early; implement corrective actions to meet outcomes.
• Support delivery plans, schedules, and budgets with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Drive project close-out, commissioning, and handover to operations.
• Assist in managing contractor claims and contractual issues with senior management.
• Coordinate close-out activities, testing, snagging, and handover readiness.
• Support pre-opening activities with operators for a successful launch.
