Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Development to lead the planning, design and delivery of Corporate Office Developments through all lifecycle stages, from feasibility to handover. You will ensure projects align with governance standards, budgets, timelines and quality targets while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Real estate development, Commerce (Finance) or any related engineering field.
• 7–10 years’ relevant experience managing commercial office or mixed-use developments.
• Demonstrated experience across feasibility, design management, procurement, and construction delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver end-to-end office development projects within scope, time, budget, and quality targets.
• Coordinate external consultants, designers, project managers, quantity surveyors, and contractors.
• Monitor progress, report milestones, and resolve delivery issues.
• Support governance, reporting materials, including progress, risk, and financial updates.
• Engage ESG and Smart Building teams to meet business needs.
