Job summary

OdooTec is seeking a motivated Odoo Telesales Executive in Saudi Arabia to generate qualified leads and promote Odoo ERP solutions. You will identify business needs, introduce suitable modules, and schedule product demonstrations to support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities include outbound calls, lead qualification, ongoing follow-up, and maintaining CRM records. Strong Arabic and English communication and ERP familiarity are essential for success in this

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years in telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, or ERP/SaaS sales.
• Experience with Odoo ERP or other ERP systems preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads and conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Introduce Odoo ERP solutions and identify suitable modules for business needs.
• Schedule product demonstrations and support the sales team to meet targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and other channels.
