Job summary

Almarai is seeking an Occupational Health professional to provide an OH solution through health assessments, reporting, and escalation of conditions. The role involves aligning and maintaining an OH service to meet divisional goals and company standards.

You will maintain OH records, develop OH training for managers and safety teams, and handle health hazard identifications, assessments, and surveillance across working environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline is required.
• NEBOSH Diploma in Health and Safety is required.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience in FMCG/logistics environment is advantageous.
• Ability to undertake a wide range of health assessments and interpret results.

Responsibilities

• Align, implement, and maintain an Occupational Health Service to divisional objectives.
• Maintain and analyze employee OH records and produce statistics.
• Develop and implement OH-related training for managers, safety advisors, and employees.
• Identify health hazards, assess and surveil employees in their work environments.

Skills

Fluency in English
