Job summary

ALMARAI is seeking a Regional Health, Safety & Security Manager to lead the HSS function across Capital Projects. You will drive policy compliance, develop systems, and oversee incident investigations while guiding audit programs and training initiatives.

The role requires senior-level HSS experience in FMCG, NEBOSH or equivalent, Tech IOSH, and strong English communication. Based in Riyadh, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to enhance safety culture and performance.

Qualifications

Senior Health, Safety and Security leadership experience in FMCG for at least 7 years.
University Degree in a relevant field.
NEBOSH Certificate or Post Graduate Certificate in Health, Safety/Security or similar.
Tech IOSH membership or equivalent is desirable.

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain Health, Safety Management Systems aligned to Capital Project Division objectives.
Provide comprehensive day-to-day Health, Safety and Security service supporting core Capital Project activities.
Facilitate the risk process to identify and minimize threats to the business.
Record, monitor and report HSS performance through established methods and stakeholder communications.
Direct the Project training function to develop HSS training courses and assist with delivery.
Develop and implement a comprehensive audit plan and conduct HSS audits and reviews to identify improvements.
