Job Summary:

The General Practitioner (GP) will provide high-quality medical care services to patients in their homes according to approved care plans and medical standards. The role involves assessing patients medical conditions, diagnosing common illnesses, prescribing treatment plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring continuity of care while collaborating with the home healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide medical consultations and assessments in patients homes.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans according to medical guidelines.
• Monitor patients progress and adjust care plans when necessary.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
• Coordinate with nursing staff, specialists, and the home care team to ensure integrated care.
• Follow all infection control, patient safety, and regulatory standards including CBAHI.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine (MBBS or equivalent).
• Valid classification and registration from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• Previous experience in primary care, family medicine, or home healthcare is preferred.
