Job summary

Attieh Trading Limited is seeking an experienced IT professional to manage and secure our LAN/WAN infrastructure across multiple branches. You will optimize routing, switching, VPNs and firewalls while enforcing cybersecurity controls and end‑point protection.

The role requires hands-on networking experience, knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, and the ability to support a multi-site environment. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Networking, or Cybersecurity.
• Hands-on networking and cybersecurity experience.
• Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, routing, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Familiarity with endpoint security, MFA, monitoring, and vulnerability management.
• Experience supporting multi-site networks.

• Manage Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and cloud-based security solutions.
• Support network connectivity across multiple branches and offices.
• Develop and maintain IT security policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Perform troubleshooting, incident response, and root‑cause analysis.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers on network and security solutions.
• Contribute to strengthening the organization’s overall IT security posture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Networking, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Strong hands‑on experience in networking and cybersecurity.
• Good knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Knowledge of endpoint security, multi‑factor authentication (MFA), security monitoring, and vulnerability management.
• Experience supporting multi‑site and branch network environments.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet, Microsoft, Security+, or equivalent are an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
