Job summary

Attieh Trading Limited is seeking an experienced IT professional to manage and secure our LAN/WAN infrastructure across multiple branches. You will optimize routing, switching, VPNs and firewalls while enforcing cybersecurity controls and end‑point protection.

The role requires hands-on networking experience, knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, and the ability to support a multi-site environment. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Networking, or Cybersecurity.
Hands-on networking and cybersecurity experience.
Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, routing, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
Familiarity with endpoint security, MFA, monitoring, and vulnerability management.
Experience supporting multi-site networks.

Responsibilities

Manage and support LAN/WAN infrastructure, routing, switching, VPNs, Wi-Fi, and firewalls.
Monitor and maintain network performance, availability, and security.
Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls and endpoint security.
Monitor security events, vulnerabilities, and threats.
Manage Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and cloud-based security solutions.
Support network connectivity across multiple branches.
Develop and maintain IT security policies and documentation.
Troubleshoot incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
Coordinate with vendors on network and security solutions.
Strengthen the organization’s overall IT security posture.
