Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Network Security Engineer to design, implement, and manage enterprise security solutions across data centers and WAN environments. You will maintain Palo Alto firewall infrastructure and integrate Panorama, GlobalProtect VPN, and related policies to ensure a robust security posture.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in network security with strong troubleshooting and log-analysis skills, plus hands-on experience in HA deployments and security best practices

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of network security experience.
• Hands-on with Palo Alto Firewalls is mandatory.
• Experience with Panorama, GlobalProtect VPN, and security policies.
• Solid knowledge of routing, switching, TCP/IP, BGP/OSPF, and VPN tech.
• HA deployments, migration activities, and incident resolution experience.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Network Security Engineer to join our team and support the design, implementation, and management of enterprise network security solutions.

Key Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Network Security.
• Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls (mandatory).
• Experience with Panorama, GlobalProtect VPN, Security Policies, NAT, App-ID, User-ID, Threat Prevention, URL Filtering, and WildFire.
• Strong knowledge of Network Security Architecture, Routing & Switching, TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and VPN technologies (IPSec/SSL VPN).
• Experience with High Availability (HA) deployments and migration activities.
• Strong troubleshooting and security log analysis skills.
• Experience in firewall policy review, optimization, and best practices.
• Experience working in Data Center and Enterprise environments.

Preferred Certifications

• PCNSE – Highly Preferred
• PCNSA
• CCNP Security or equivalent is a plus.
