Job summary

SOOR, a subsidiary, seeks a Network & Collaboration Specialist to support enterprise LAN/WAN, wireless networks, VoIP, and collaboration platforms across HQ deployments and branch connectivity. The role emphasizes network design, NAC, and performance monitoring.

The candidate will coordinate with vendors and ISPs, manage Aruba controllers and Huawei Wi‑Fi 7, and lead technology upgrades while maintaining documentation and standards in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in IT projects.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in project tracking tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and data center network infrastructure.
• Design, deploy, and optimize enterprise wireless networks, ensuring seamless connectivity, coverage, capacity, and performance.
• Configure and support routing and switching technologies using Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, or equivalent platforms.
• Implement and manage Network Access Control (NAC) solutions to enforce secure device authentication, user access policies, and network segmentation.
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot VoIP and Unified Communications infrastructure, including IP telephony, SIP, QoS, and voice gateways.
• Manage wireless controllers, access points, RF optimization, roaming, guest wireless, and authentication services.
• Monitor network and voice performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure maximum availability.
• Lead network infrastructure projects, including branch connectivity, headquarters deployments, migrations, and technology upgrades.
• Develop and maintain network diagrams, documentation, operational procedures, and technical standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and service providers to resolve technical issues and implement new solutions.
• Support and manage Aruba Wireless Controllers and Huawei Wi-Fi 7 environments.

• Collaborate with the sales team to support new business opportunities.
