Job summary

Musanadah is seeking an IT Team Lead to own cloud architecture, identity and IT infrastructure, and to lead the IT Support team across business entities in Dammam. The role blends hands-on cloud engineering with people leadership to drive strategic IT initiatives that enable growth.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in IT infrastructure or cloud engineering, with at least 2 years in leadership, and holds an Azure Administrator (AZ-104) certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or cloud engineering, including 2+ years in leadership.
• Azure Administrator (AZ-104) certification is required; SC-300 or similar preferred.
• Experience administering ERP systems and using SIEM/EDR security tools.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern cloud architecture, identity management, and licensing across entities.
• Lead cybersecurity initiatives, including security tooling and monitoring.
• Administer ERP user access, roles, and licensing for rollouts across modules.
• Design and maintain network hosting infrastructure for new systems.

Role & Responsibilities

The IT Team Lead owns the organisation's cloud architecture, endpoint, identity and IT infrastructure across all business entities, and directly leads the IT Support team. The role combines hands-on cloud engineering with people leadership, driving strategic IT initiatives that build organisational capability and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and govern the organisation's cloud architecture, including tenant design, identity management, access governance and licensing across all business entities.
• Lead cybersecurity and compliance initiatives, including security tooling and monitoring, to strengthen IT resilience and meet regulatory standards.
• Administer ERP user access, security roles and licensing, and support rollouts across functional modules.
• Design and maintain network architecture and hosting infrastructure to support new business systems and digital initiatives.
• Lead the IT Support team's workload, ticket queues and performance, and act as the technical escalation point for infrastructure, systems and security.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure or cloud engineering, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) certification is required. A Microsoft 365 or security certification (e.g. SC-300) is preferred.
• Experience administering ERP systems and using SIEM and EDR security tools. Experience in facilities management or other multi-site operations is a plus.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
