An architect is responsible for designing new buildings or extensions, or modifying existing buildings, as well as providing consultation on the restoration and preservation of older properties. They also participate in selecting suitable sites for projects and overseeing construction work according to the highest engineering standards.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Project design and management

Creating architectural designs for various construction projects.

Managing the design team, selecting appropriate materials, and developing technical specifications.

Preparing engineering drawings, full-size models, and digital models.

Assistance in selecting suitable contractors for projects.

Monitoring the implementation of the design by the contractor and ensuring compliance with specifications.

Providing technical support during the various stages of implementation.

Documentation and Reporting

Preparing documents and reports specializing in engineering projects.

Monitoring progress rates and submitting periodic reports.

Data is stored in databases according to approved policies.

Required conditions and qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture.

Practical experience:
